· Bear Crawl 10 metres
· 25 x sit ups
· 20 x Hands to Elbow Planks
· 15 x Quad Squats
· 10 x Single leg (Romanian ) deadlifts 5 each leg ,
no weight ,fingers to ground
· 10 x Upwards Dog
